"Survived some seriously miserable weather"
I bought a garden parasol from parasolstore.co.uk and it’s already been put through what felt like a mini weather apocalypse, wind, rain, the lot. The fabric dries really quickly and the frame feels nice and sturdy. I do still bring it in when the big gusts start kicking off, just to be safe, but overall I’m really happy with it.

"Better than I expected, but not perfect"
I was trying to find a replacement parasol and didn’t expect much after a few other sites showed the size and colour I wanted as out of stock. This one actually had it available, which was a nice surprise. Ordering was straightforward and it turned up with no issues. I would’ve given 5 stars, but a couple of the other styles I liked weren’t available, so there was still a bit of a gap between what I hoped for and what I could choose from. Overall though, I’m happy with it

I bought a parasol from parasolstore.co.uk and wasn’t expecting much, mainly because our garden gets a fair bit of wind and our last one was all over the place. But I’ve used this one a few times now and, annoyingly for my sceptical side, it’s held up really well. It stays put, doesn’t wobble around, and feels noticeably sturdier than the old one. Delivery was fine too, nothing dramatic. I suppose I have to admit I’m happy with it

"Solid base, finally no wobbling nonsense"
Bought a parasol and a heavy base from parasolstore.co.uk, the main thing I cared about was whether it would wobble every time there’s a bit of wind, because that drives me mad. Thankfully, it feels really sturdy and stays put well, even when it’s breezy. The base is definitely strong, but wow, it’s a bit of a pain to move around, which I guess is the trade-off for it actually doing its job. Overall I’m happy with it. Not perfect, but decent. I’d give it 4 stars.

Really happy with how parasolstore.co.uk handled everything. I had a couple of questions before placing my order and they got back to me faster than I expected, with clear answers and no messing about.
The delivery updates were easy to follow too, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. my only regret is that I didn’t order sooner, because the whole experience was simple, friendly, and stress free.

"Sturdy parasol, nicer fabric than expected"
I’m happy with this parasol overall. It feels sturdy once it’s up, and the fabric is actually a bit thicker and nicer than I was expecting. I noticed the stitching around the edges is fairly neat too, which is always one of those little things I end up checking. It looks good in the garden and gives a nice amount of shade. Setting it up took a bit of fiddling, mostly getting everything lined up properly, but once sorted it felt solid. Good quality for the price.

I bought a garden parasol from Parasol Store earlier this year and, it’s been out most weekends since then. The pole feels sturdy and the fabric seems good quality, and it’s coped with a few breezy days much better than the old one we had.
The only small downside is that the crank can feel a bit stiff now and then, but it’s not a big issue. Overall I’m happy with it, especially for how well it’s lasted so far, and I’d probably buy from them again.

"Lovely parasol, looks even better in person"
I bought this from parasolstore.co.uk after looking around for a while, mainly because the design seemed nicer than a lot of the others I’d seen. The order email and receipt came through quickly, which was reassuring. Now it’s up in the garden, it actually looks even better than it did in the photos. It’s got a really simple, clean look and the colour is just right. The patio feels much neater and more put together now, so I’m really pleased with it.

"Easy return, refund took a little while"
The return itself was really straightforward, which I appreciated. We had to send back a parasol because it was just a bit too big for our patio, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only slight downside was that the refund took a few days to come through, so it wasn’t the quickest. That said, everything was sorted without any hassle in the end, and I’d be happy to use them again.
